Questions people ask us before booking
Do I need to be home when you come?
No. As long as we can access the yard, you don't need to be there. Just let us know gate codes or any access notes when you book.
Can I set up a regular weekly visit instead of calling every time?
Yes, that's actually the most common way people work with us. We put you on a recurring schedule and come out on the same day each week or however often you'd like.
What kind of texts will I get if I opt in?
You'll get texts related to your service: quote follow-ups, your appointment window, a notice when the crew is on the way, and occasional reminders about seasonal cleanups. We don't send promotional blasts.
How do I stop getting texts if I change my mind?
Reply STOP to any message and we'll remove you right away. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Do you do one-time cleanups or just recurring service?
Both. If you've got a yard that needs a full clear-out and you're not sure about signing up for regular visits, a one-time cleanup is a fine place to start.
